Shouldn't you be using {} not [] ?
you mean {nibble_rate=0.3}sofia/external/xxx@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx |{nibble_rate=0.5}sofia/external/xxx@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx I think {} use for all channel but [] for per channel Dome C.

What's difference from set application and [] ?
