If you can, try using mod_fifo instead of mod_callcenter. mod_callcenter has a inner loop running very rapidly where it is constantly doing select statements to the DB looking for new calls into the system. A bit more information. When enabling mod_voicemail to write to PostgreSQL the activity is low. When I enable mod_callcenter to write to PostgreSQL the queries are going berserk.
If anyone has any guidance for me it would be greatly appreciated

I was wondering why when I enabled PostgreSQL in Freeswitch, the PostgreSQL XID is incrementing at an extreme pace. I do not have hardly any transactions being inserted into the db. It looks like most all of the queries are SELECT statements.
Is this normal? Or is there something that I need to tweak in freeswitch?
