The ATA has both "call answer supervision" and "polarity reversal" but they doesn't works worldwide but only with some carriers. Is there a way to delegate this job to Freeswitch? using voice activity detection? Cristian
Technically, answer detection is the job of the ATA. The problem is that it is an inexact science. I would look in the GXW docs to see if they have a section on 'answer supervision'. It might also be in a section along with 'disconnect supervision.'
