You have to keep in mind that even with SS7 interconnects with companies like callwithus they may or may not have access to the full national cnam infrastructure
CNAM is hosted by the LEC that owns the DIDs and you have to have an interconnect agreement with them to get to their CNAM... Simply having an SS7 connection is not enuff
