I'm not sure that I understand what the issue is here. What two "tones" are not in sync? You said "dial tone" but I'm pretty sure that's not what you mean. Are you talking about the ringback tone that the caller hears?

Exactly Michael, I was talking about the ringback tone. I didn't know the correct expression and used a translation engine... Georg
