Hello, I'm trying to setup a simple video call between two voip phones. VoIP phone A (pjsip VoIP phone) uses H263-1998 video codec, VoIP phone B (3cx VoIP phone) uses H263 video codec. The audio call is properly set up but the video stream isn't understood by the two voip phone, probably because the two VoIP phone do not understand each other.
