Hi, The ACL and authentication were traced to an issue with the router. The call on the IPKALL DID number is received by the freeSWITCH server. However, even before the call can be connected the call gets cancelled. The log for the issue is given on the pastebin link below. The profile the calls are coming in to requires authentication. You either need to create an ACL with entries for IPKALL or use a profile that doesn't require authentication. By default, the external profile doesn't which listens on port 5080. You could try setting the endpoint address in IPKALL to sip:1001@59.99.250.70
