I recommend one of the packet capture tools listed here: http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Packet_Capture Use wireshark to analyze the call. It will show you the whole call broken down into a nice call flow graph and you can see if one side or the other sent a BYE. Usually there's a reason listed in the BYE as to why the client is hanging up. If not you can go back to the console log and look for clues there.
