esf_page_group is multicast paging the polycom doesn't support it.. please see the mad boss examples in the dialplan to perform it for the polycom and just about any other phone.

I just installed FS this morning so I'm sure I have the most recent version. FYI I'm using freepbx to configure FS.
Do I need to add a dial group to get the paging working? Still learning, but so far everything else is working.

We need more information to help you. Please include the relevant piece(s) of your dialplan, the paging hardware, and what version of FS you are using. (if you are not using trunk, please update to it to see if that may fix your problem)
