/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -ljpeg
install libjpeg-devel and you should be set.. its not an OpenZAP compile issue you're simply failing to pay closer attention to the errors.
Something is up with the original server, I need to see what is different between it and this test box (nothing should be), but thanks for that pointer. Would I need to rerun ./configure now after installing libjpeg-devel? Lastly, how does one avoid re-downloading the sound tar's in subsequent make's? Thanks, jlc
