This is a segmentation fault, a crash due to a bug. Please upgrade to the latest git HEAD and reproduce the issue there (in case it is something already resolved). If you can reproduce it collect a backtrace from the coredump file and file a Jira with the backtrace attached. See the instructions at http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Reporting_Bugs#Creating_A_Backtrace_With_gdb.... I have an FS machine running on FreeBSD system with Digium 8-span PRI card. PRI line is plugged only on span 1.
Everything was running fine until all the channels got alarms suddenly and mod_ftdm attempted to restart them. But while restarting FS crashed. /var/log/messages show:
