Eu tentei o suporte mas não obtive a resposta do que perguntei, tentei novamente e estou aguardando devido ao feriado mesmo, porém não consigo ficar parado, fico tentando buscar solução por todos os lugares, meu problema é na questão de receber o SMS, pego meu celular e envio uma mensagem para um chip da placa, com o console do freeswitch aberto, não recebo nenhum evento de entrada e nem o dialplan é executado, se então eu com meu celular ligo, no momento o freeswitch apita no console a entrada de uma chamada e executa o dialplan, então acredito estar esquecendo de configurar algo para lidar com as mensagens que entram na placa. Have you tried their official support? They do provide tech support and they officially support FreeSWITCH. I am sure if you did, they did not reply because of the holiday.
