To remove the sofia profile dbs assuming a default install path: rm -f /usr/local/freeswitch/db/sofia_reg* There may be other db files corrupted in which case you could remove them all with: rm -f /usr/local/freeswitch/db/* NOTE: this will remove the voicemail preferences and messages table, so any preferences will be lost.
