I'm going to guess that sip_authorized is not true?
A good guess, but changing the line to <action application="set" data="voicemail_authorized=true"/> still doesn't help. Julf
The standard way seems to be <action application="set" data="voicemail_authorized=${sip_authorized}"/> but it doesn't do the trick for me...
