Have you reviewed the SIP traffic? Can the phone make calls but not receive calls or vice versa? Does the call work for 30 seconds and then stop? Reason I ask is that when I hear that a remote phone doesn't work and there's a recovery on timer expire I think of the dreaded four-letter word: NAT.
