Unpredictable issues have been reported using cepstral 5 with FreeSWITCH. I'd suggest using their 4.x release. If you have a really good reason to only use 5, then you might entice someone to work on reliable Cepstral 5 integration with a bounty... upgrade to FreeSWITCH trunk first though. -Ray
