Thanks for your help. It's a 4ESS IDSN and the carrier does provide disconnect supervision, is there any way to bypass it ? Regards, Tony On Thu, Jul 8, 2010 at 7:14 AM, Michael Collins <msc@freeswitch.org> wrote:
It depends on where the "hangup signal" comes from. Is this an analog line? If so, does the carrier provide disconnect supervision? It's entirely possible that the other end isn't doing a good job of telling FreeSWITCH that the call is over.

Hi,
When I use OpenZAP channel to originate a call, after the called party hangup the phone. It takes freeswitch around 40 seconds to catch the hangup signal and stop the dial plan. I'm wondering whether there is a way to shorten that duration. Thanks.
