[Freeswitch-users] Register in external profile

Hi, I encounter a problem on freeswitch that have SIP phone registration in external profile. All my SIP phones are located in overseas and all of them are registered in external profile. I have a IDAP forwarding the numbers from a Cisco gateway to freeswitch. All the phones have own phone number (not extension number). However, when the freeswitch received the SIP call, it cannot forward the call to SIP phone.
