I tried to compile whole solution and also compiled iksemel project and mod_diangling project separately. Still I didn't find the TLS DLLs in output (Release) folder.I thought starting from git commit f506e19e152e070f04574ad67e282af8691606f5 libdingaling no longer uses GNUTLS but rather OpenSSL.
