It can be done from the phone itself; for example on a Grandstream phone it is done with the option "Onhook Threshold:" setting it to "hookflash OFF" 2009/12/5 Nik Middleton <nik.middleton@noblesolutions.co.uk>
Hi, Is it possible to disable being able to put a call on hold using hook flash?
