I mostly try to respond to anything that I "know" about. If I think it will require some research, or someone else will do a better job, I boomerang it (http://www.boomeranggmail.com/) and respond if no one answers it in a few days. I've been trying to show up more often as well, but it's hard since the user base has grown so much and the number of emails has grown per day as well.
