Does nibblebill update balances in real-time for each and every call? Does it do every second (micro/nano second?). How does it affect the performance vs if its done at end of call? You could use something like nibble bill and at most loose the last interval of the call before its billed. You're going thru a lot of what if's ... You can't account for everything and you shouldn't have all your eggs in the same basket.
