RTP dynamic payload type 150 is completely invalid and out of range: http://www.iana.org/assignments/rtp-parameters The topend for dynamic payload types is 127. Ok, I solved this issue: the problem was the payload used by my provider for telephone-event that was 150 instead of 101. When the provider fixed this payload number all calls works fine.
