Hi Brian, Would you be happy to go along with the 5 for 1 approach? (see other email) Dealing with 5 tickets that have no relevance to my own work, and in return getting good attention on a ticket that does have relevance to my own work, would be killer :) I think this would really help encourage others to help out as well, gives people an incentive!
