That's what the timeout is for. Timeout means no digits, make that as low as you want. --Dave _____ From: Nathan Neulinger [mailto:nneul@mst.edu] To: FreeSWITCH Users Help [mailto:freeswitch-users@lists.freeswitch.org] Sent: Thu, 19 Sep 2013 09:39:15 -0700 Subject: [Freeswitch-users] play_and_get_digits - why is minimum 1 digit? Is there any particular technical reason that the minimum number of digits for play_and_get_digits is 1 instead of 0? There have been a few cases where I was wanting to have "enter a destination phone number followed by pound sign, or enter just pound sign to cancel" type of prompt. Lowering the minimum to zero would accomplish this, but is there some reason not to do that? -- Nathan ------------------------------------------------------------ Nathan Neulinger nneul@mst.edu Missouri S&T Information Technology (573) 612-1412 System Administrator - Architect _________________________________________________________________________ Professional FreeSWITCH Consulting Services: consulting@freeswitch.org http://www.freeswitchsolutions.com FreeSWITCH-powered IP PBX: The CudaTel Communication Server http://www.cudatel.com Official FreeSWITCH Sites http://www.freeswitch.org http://wiki.freeswitch.org http://www.cluecon.com FreeSWITCH-users mailing list FreeSWITCH-users@lists.freeswitch.org http://lists.freeswitch.org/mailman/listinfo/freeswitch-users UNSUBSCRIBE:http://lists.freeswitch.org/mailman/options/freeswitch-users http://www.freeswitch.org
