I am new to freeswitch world.I have use case where Customer wants a web chat(Live Chat Support) in their web site. The recipients of the chat will be the Callcenter agents, they will be connected to Freeswitch and also supporting PSTN calls also. When user start the conversation, it should be connected to available agents. And they should have the provision to transfer the conversation to another Agent also. How do i achieve this in Freeswitch ?
