Hi Brian, just a new info from Snom: Series 8 works as well. You have to configure snoms fkey to "button" and assign a label aka index to it. The index must be the same as in the "k=" in message body option - and a number!. regards helmut On 14.06.2010 16:43, Helmut Kuper wrote:
