Mr West, your email cut off the rest of this thread, which included my first input to this thread:
I am also a new user. Running under WinXP, and have experienced very similar results: choppy music for default 9999, but clear for other recordings such as default 3000 (conf-alone.wav) and conference controls (mute, unmute, etc).
Im not intending to hijack Claudio's thread, just simply stating that I have similar results to Claudio, on WinXP (no vmware). I used the Visual Studio project (from svn) to build and default XML configuration. Unless Claudio gets to Anthony's request before me, I'll try that within a couple days. -Brian Young <brian.young@ara.com> -----Original Message----- From: freeswitch-users-bounces@lists.freeswitch.org [mailto:freeswitch-users-bounces@lists.freeswitch.org] On Behalf Of Brian West Sent: Tuesday, March 04, 2008 2:24 PM To: freeswitch-users@lists.freeswitch.org Subject: Re: [Freeswitch-users] freeswitch in vmware On what type of machine? If you're not running in VMWare what are you doing, what distro and kernel version? I run the default config on CentOS 5.1 and can't reproduce this choppy music. /b On Mar 4, 2008, at 1:13 PM, Brian Young ARA/CFD wrote:
No sir, no vmware, just stating similar results with the default FreeSwitch configuration. So the issue may not be related to vmware at
all.
