Hi, I try to maintain the status(state) of the FS agents from these two commands. list_users callcenter_config agent list I'm confused with their results. <list_users> says the agent is error/user_not_registered. <callcenter_config agent list> says this agent is Available|Waiting. Does this normal? Should I change some other commands? Thanks. Jimmy
