It's what I did, but from FS trunk, inside fscomm directory, there s only

account.cpp conf fshost.h mainwindow.ui resources.qrc account.h FSComm.2008.vcproj main.cpp mod_qsettings call.cpp FSComm.pro mainwindow.cpp preferences call.h fshost.cpp mainwindow.h resources

Read those installation instructions again and do them step by step, you skipped one.
