Yes, you can do it. Study webrtc on web, then read about mod-verto and webrtc in http://confluence.freeswitch.org when you studied that, and you know webrtc, you can easily do it. Check freeswitch 1.6 again in confluence. Both mod_verto and SIP-WS are signalling mechanisms for WebRTC. The former is a FreeSWITCH-proprietary protocol, the latter is a standards-based approach. The former is probably easier to understand if you've never done telephony work, the latter requires you to know more stuff.
