Hi, FreeSwitch is running on a CentOS 5.5 64bit, wanpipe driver 3.5.17, FreeSwitch from git head. Could you pastebin the logs just before that warning started showing up? Is your installation working despite the log?
Also pastebin you configuration (freetdm.conf and freetdm.conf.xml)
64 or 32 bit? operating system? CentOS 5?
