This sounds familar. Try to see if you have some coredum files. I remember I had this issue wih sendmail coredumping when launched from FS with system. Could be related. The FS version I'm working with right now is 1.0.6 (svn-hacked). I've placed the following entry in my switch.conf.xml and restarted FS to insure that it took effect.

Is there anything in the logs that I can check to see what is happening when FS thinks it is sending the msg?
