we shouldn’t have anything pointing to old wiki, just need to fix those links. wiki. is dead

I would expect the default error landing page to be either the top of Confluence, a Confluence error page with a searchbox (best IMO), or maybe freeswitch.org. But not FS.com. Not that I have anything against FS.com, but I find it jarring.
