This is the reworked patch series to add per-session logging to the FreeSWITCH core.
Changes since V1:
- Reworked based on second proposed method and feedback by Anthony - Most / all of mod_sofia has been converted to the new system (Needs a review, not sure if all of these changes are OK)
Both patches are compile tested (only).
