Hello Michael, The source is the hand set, or precisely the soft-phone. I looked at the "preferences" and there was this inband DTMF activated. Dis-activating this option solved the issue actually. I'm using ESL (outbound) to control a Freeswitch server. I need to be able to record only the "sound" from the microphone, excluding any DTMF related info and sound...

The actual command used for recording is "record".
