There are known issues (asserts and segfaults) when 100rel is enabled. It is not recommended to enable 100rel at this time.

1) Is it fixed now?
2) If not, is there some work around in FS? e.g. pretend that we support PRACK but not actually send PRACK response?
3) besides contacting the sofia guys, is it possible to fix in FS tree? How much a bounty should be?
