Build DEB installer on Ubuntu from source

Hi, I managed to build, install and run Freeswitch (with some local changes) from source code on Ubuntu, what is the way to build an DEB installer from the source code so that I can install Freeswitch on other Ubuntu box without building/installing from source code? Thanks for help, /Kaiduan
