[Freeswitch-users] MOD_CALLCENTER cannot originate call to agent

I really appreciate it.
you are right. This is clearly a NAT problem. It was resolved by
configuring NAT Port Mapping from Freeswitch Server to the contactcenter
agent. (In case of Freeswitch deploying in different vLAN from agents, make
sure Freeswitch can reach the agents without any restriction. You might
want to ask the network admin to allow this rule).
