[Freeswitch-users] MOD_CALLCENTER cannot originate call to agent

Hi,
Currently, I am experiencing a very weird behavior of mod_callcenter like
the following:
1. after 4 to 5 mins of hearing the moh-sound, it started to randomly play
media from the sound/music folder
2. MOD_CALLCENTER *can never bridge any call to the agent. It mostly says
the user is not registered (although it's registered). Sometimes, it says
no-answer but the agent never rings.*
