[Freeswitch-users] Why two ilbc(ilbc2) RPMs in CentOS 7 repos

Hi,

I was wondering what the purpose is of having two RPMs for ilbc, named ilbc
and ilbc2.

Does the build system check for both? In Fedora (not sure for CentOS)
 there is an incompatible RPM so perhaps to avoid a package name clash?
