[Freeswitch-users] Controlling tones for RFC2833 DTMFs

Well every dtmf will have end rtp event with final duration and then tone
will be played to endpoint, and in between you will receive more rtp event
with increasing duration.
I'm not sure if you can ignore it of you negotiated rfc2833 type. Maybe
there is some channel var that you can set on the fly
