yap,

thats why you move your contact center logic outside in a separate program,
and use FS via ESL to get and place calls :=)

mod_callcenter is a great module, but for inbound only :=)

saying that i can see few ways to go around that ...

callcenter_config agent set
[key(contact|status|state|type|max_no_answer|wrap_up_time|ready_time|reject_delay_time|busy_delay_time)]
[agent name] [value]


Not sure if its gonna work, but you can change agent state to idle until
your outgoing wrap-up goes off...

there are many ways to handle tihs :=)
