[Freeswitch-users] Gateway subscribe for BLF

Hi,
in wiki exist example how to subscribe, if Freeswitch acting as a client:
https://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Presence

But may somebody share an example how to subscribe as a client for device
state via gateway. Basically how to change TO - header for acting
Freeswitch as client.
