there is a patch by Artur Cichocki to add a "sip_remove_183sdp" flag that I am using. It was posted at <http://lists.freeswitch.org/pipermail/freeswitch-users/2011-June/074001.html>
a while ago.

I'd like to see this patch integrated into the upstream version. What's the best way to achieve this?
