[Freeswitch-users] How to customize voicemail greeting number ?

Just a wild guess, but if it works place this before your bridge command in the dialplan:

 

<action application="export" data="vm-alternate-greet-id=123456789"/>

 

This sets the alternate greeting on the B-leg, which intuitively doesn’t really exist when calling voicemail, but then FS thinks funny thoughts sometimes.

Thanks Andrew and Bote for reply.

I have tried by setting parameter 'vm-alternate-greet-id' in extension and its working as expected.

​But when setting in dialplan, its not working.

I tried to set before voicemail app as below:
​<action application="set" data="vm-alternate-greet-id=123456789"/>

Can you please assist how to set this parameter in dialplan ?
