each SIP profile binds to a unique combination of IP address and
TCP+UDP port. So, you can define as many SIP profiles as you need, and
route the inbound calls into different contexts as needed.

But as other colleagues explained, distinctive DNS domains are usually
sufficient for a multi-tenancy setup.
