[Freeswitch-users] rtp_use_dtls vs. webrtc_enable_dtls

webrtc_enable_dtls is for testing purpose on webrtc dev so not desirable
for users.
rtp_use_dtls is designed to enable dtls on an ordinary sip call and not use
full webrtc.
