Not sure 100% but if you connect to FS via ESL (Inbound) you can reschedule
call by its  uuid using the same sched_hangup application. I don't remember
what starting point of this timeout should be used but it worked when I
implemented multichannel prepaid. At the moment, I don't have access to the
server where it works but can look at some time later.
