[Freeswitch-users] Presence question

One of our clients wants to switch on presence feature, but they have 140
lines of FXS that does not support Publish/Subscribe function. Is there a
way to achive this using data in freeswitch (if Registered or Busy)? I know
that it is a silly question but they asked me to ask anyway, so will
anybody just confirm that it is not possible?
